Hope For Paws received a call about a puppy who was running up and down a street in South L.A. But two Good Samaritans were able to catch the dog and care for her until rescuers could show up. The poor pup had a yeast and bacterial infection on her skin which had caused her to lose some fur.
But these kind people were able to treat the dog out of their home and help clear her skin up! Sassy still needed medical attention, so Hope For Paws rescuers loaded her into the vehicle to get her to the hospital for a checkup.
They found that Sassy had not been microchipped, and they gave her a bath to clean her up for the first time in who knows how long. The Little Red Dog offered to foster the sweet girl until she can find a forever home! 🙂
