Then out of the blue, Stephanie got a text saying Sheba was marked as found! She was located 600 miles away in Borger, Texas, by an animal control officer. It’s believed she had bounced around from home to home before being abandoned. What a miracle! Now watch the moment they see their dog again.. It’s a tearjerker. :’-)
