Anderson Bahi was on his way home one night when he saw an ambulance stopped on the other side of the road. It turned out a man had fallen ill while out with his dog, and first responders put him in the ambulance to get him to the hospital. That’s when Anderson witnessed the man’s dog hop onto the back of the ambulance to go along with her owner.
The little dog was determined to stay by her owner’s side. Thankfully, the crew noticed the dog back there before driving off and opened the doors to let her in for the ride. It was a true showing of love. But the dog wasn’t done…
Once they got to the hospital, they wheeled the owner inside. And the loving pup sat down outside the door to wait for Dad’s return. Maria Lúcia Muniz, an animal rescuer who lives by the hospital, learned about the dog and offered to take her in for the night.
But it wouldn’t be long until her owner was released. Just 45 minutes later, he was cleared to leave, and his family arrived to take him and his dog back home. 🙂
