A few years ago, Cash the 12-year-old Golden Retriever suffered a tragedy when the family’s other dog, Rosie, suddenly passed away. But although Cash was sad, he continued to be the good boy he’d always been. So the family decided to bring in another furry member to add to the family and surprise Cash on Christmas. 🙂
Dad walks into the room with a box slightly covered by a lid, and Cash is extremely curious. What could this gift be? The dog follows him around with excitement until he sets the package on the floor and unveils the surprise.
When the puppy pops out from under the top, Cash is beside himself. He can’t believe he has a new friend to share this life with! The Golden Retriever’s reaction says it all about the type of friends they’re going to grow up to be. 🙂
