Spencer had an owner but no shelter over his head. He had a little corner where he felt safe, but winter proved to be long and tough. His owner was given medicine to give to the dog, but it never happened. Sidewalk Specials decided it had all gone too far and that the old boy deserved better…
Spencer didn’t want to leave the only place he ever knew, but he didn’t understand how much better life could be. He was promised a second chance in life where he’d be treated like he deserved and was taken by rescuers to Cape Town for a checkup. Soon, Spencer would truly know the life of a pet! 🙂
