Vanessa was out feeding the strays when she came across the most mangey, terrified little puppy all alone. The dog was crying out in fear unaware of what was going on in this world, and she just wanted to feel love. So at the very first sign of affection, she immediately rolled over and submitted to a better life! 🙂
Vanessa took her in for a much-needed bath and care, and Sally was so grateful. The pup was only about two months old and extremely malnourished, and chances of survival for a dog in this state are very low. But this little one kept fighting!
Sally soon started to come out of her shell as she was feeling much better, and it was Elisabetta who would foster her. With nine dogs, Betta thought Sally would head back to the rescue center when fully healthy. But she couldn’t let her go. The woman decided to keep her for good, and now Sally has that forever home and Mom she’d always wanted!
