Wally the 1-year-old Dachshund was just another dog destined for the meat trade in China when he was found by animal charity Plush Bears Rescue. The puppy sat for sale beside a range of dog furs all while shivering in the -10*C temperatures.
The neglected pup was whisked away by the team and taken to a rescue center where he’d never have to worry about the meat trade again. After a month of rehabilitation and recuperation, he’s ready to fly to the United States to start his new life in Florida with his very own forever family. 🙂
