Neighbors saw a young street dog suffering and had to help. So they got ahold of Animal Aid Unlimited for assistance. The little one was in bad shape, but he mustered up the energy to wag his tail as rescuers approached.
His life-threatening mange condition had to be treated right away, so they got the pup back to the hospital. He was patient through all the medicated baths, and as he healed he made more and more friends! Today, Scamper looks so different – and he unlocked a whole new personality. See him below! 🙂
