Man Thinks To Perform CPR On Baby Elephant Who Was Hit By A Motorcycle

A baby elephant was struck by a motorcycle in Chantaburi, Thailand, and lay in the middle of the road in desperate need of help. This is when a rescue worker intervened and was able to locate the elephant’s heart with the help of an online video and perform CPR to resuscitate the little one.

After about 10 minutes, the dazed calf was able to stand. And rescuers immediately worked to transport the elephant to another location to receive further treatment and care.

The baby was later released into the wild after being medically cleared, and it was spotted with an adult elephant presumed to be its mother. Amazing! Thanks to the quick thinking and work of this individual, the baby elephant lives on. 🙂
