TikTok user Erika Maribel and family decided to hold a naming party for their new puppy, and they came up with a different way of doing so. Rather than simply choosing a favorite name for the dog, they’d allow the pup to choose his own! The family put a different name suggestion on its own piece of paper and placed a treat on top of each one.
They then directed the young pup to “pick” the name he wanted. They started recording, and as the video played out, the dog ended up choosing Canuto as his official moniker! The name, meaning a “charming being who is highly pleasant,” seems to be the perfect selection. 🙂
