“Free to a good home.”
We see it a lot, but does it always work out? Poor Phoebe was given away by her owner, but she ended up unloved once again. Tied out in the hot sun on the shortest tether with an empty bowl, she howled at night for the locals to hear. The kids contacted Sidewalk Specials who set out for rescue, and today this sweet girl lives a very different life thanks to them! 🙂
