Ruth found herself unscathed as Toby stopped barking and calmed down. She couldn’t believe it! The dog she adopted had just paid her back in a huge way.
She reported the incident, and it was later confirmed to be a rock from space. Eye witnesses saw the meteor falling to earth earlier that evening. But how could a dog sense such a thing?
Sometimes as meteors enter the atmosphere, there’s a loud banging noise. With a dog’s superior hearing, it’s possible he heard that. But we’ll never know for sure…
Toby has always been the best pal she could ever ask for, and it turns out his guard dog abilities are out of this world! 🙂
