Hope For Paws received a call about a scared, abandoned dog. She was so frightened, she’d run at the sight of anyone. She did not want to be touched. Now with the dog cornered, Eldad crawled slowly toward her as to not seem threatening.
The poor girl was so afraid, it’d take a while to gain any small amount of trust. She just sat there shaking in hopes it’d all go away. But Eldad was finally able to gently secure her, and her moment of submission was so precious. McKenzie became comfortable enough with her rescuer to lay her head on his arm to rest.
They headed back to the hospital for care and a checkup. She had no microchip, so she went on to be fostered by Foxy and the Hounds where her transformation was completed! She still needs a forever home, but just look at her now. 🙂
