The “It’s In Our Nature” commercial by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts shows that there’s no greater act of hospitality than to embrace a stranger as one’s own. The campaign captures what they believe is in our nature: hospitality from the heart.
The minute-and-a-half clip follows a man through the woods who’s exhausted and desperate. He struggles for warmth, and night is falling. He collapses on the ground in the snow before the wolves start howling in the background.
The wolves find the man and circle around him. They close in, but not for the reason you might think. The man opens his eyes to an unexpected gesture of kindness, and it’s something you won’t want to miss. 🙂
