Harper was born with Swimmer Puppy Syndrome and her owner decided they didn’t want to try to deal with her. They did the unthinkable and threw the dog out in the trash can. But a woman found Harper and knew she had to do something.
She took the dog home and made some calls to get the dog the proper therapy and care she would need. She went from paralyzed to being able to walk! No one thought she’d even survive, but this woman gave her a second chance at life. Just look at Harper now — it’s a miracle! 🙂
