It turns out it’s not just humans that enjoy swimming pools. Animals of all different shapes and sizes have been seen splashing around and having a good old time in pools all over the world. But an elephant is one of the last animals I’d picture floating in a pool!
The Oregon Zoo posted a video to YouTube of an elephant named Samudra frolicking in the waters. It’s a mesmerizing sight when the camera goes under the water with the elephant for an uncharted view of such a magical beast.
How it must feel for such a large, heavy animal to all of a sudden be so weightless. Look at Samudra go as she stays cool on a hot summer day! 🙂
