There’s nothing like adoption day for a homeless dog, especially for one who’s been through as much in life as Daffodil. Abandoned at birth, she was unwanted from the beginning. And with her deformity, the odds were already against her.
This is the bittersweet story of Daffodil, the puppy born without front legs and abandoned in a cardboard box. Someone found the pup and took her to the San Francisco SPCA where she was fitted for some custom wheels. But the best part is at the very end.
It’s adoption day for Daffodil! The sweet girl’s second chance in life has arrived, and no one deserves it more than her. 🙂
