A fawn had become tangled in thorns where workers were about trim a tree. After cutting him free he was pretty shaken up, so the one man decided to rub his belly to calm him. And to say it worked would be an understatement! The fawn then followed them around for about an hour before they saw his mother in the distance.
“He followed us around the job site like a lost puppy for about an hour until I noticed a doe watching us from the hillside. Assuming this was his mother, I carried him about halfway up the hill while she watched attentively. I sat him down, he ran straight to her, and they walked off together,” Justin Lewis said on YouTube. Amazing! 🙂
