Ginger is an eight year old cat who lives with her family in Homer, Alaska. She’s a big scaredy cat who doesn’t get along with other cats, but when there’s a moose nearby, she’s transfixed. And there’s one particular moose she has taken a special interest in!
Every morning around 5 or 6 o’clock, Ginger is at the window. When she sees a moose, she gets excited and asks Mom to let her out. The cat proceeds to sneak outside and up to the moose in the same way each day. She hops off the deck, watches for a while, and runs closer to watch some more!
The moose have almost the same reaction when seeing the cat, and they end up just staring at each other. But it’s Littles that Ginger has a relationship with. Hanging out with her moose friend is her favorite activity, and it’s truly a sight to behold! 🙂
